Product Description
E45 Bath Oil 500ml
Why We Chose This Product
- Bath oils have been shown to reduce dryness in the skin (although a large study in 2018 showed that they didn't reduce eczema severity overall).
- E45 bath oil can be used in the bath or shower.
- It is soap free
- It is suitable for adults and children over the age of 1 month.
- It contains no fragrances or colourings or preservatives (with only 3 ingredients in total), so it is less likely to cause an allergic reaction (contact allergy) to the skin.
- The main ingredient is paraffin. Paraffin is useful in eczema, as paraffin is not an allergic material.
Ingredients
Paraffinum Liquidum, Cetyl Dimethicone, C12-C13 Pareth-3.
Cautions
- Use of bath oils in the bath can or shower be a slip hazard
- Bath oils are flammable.
Directions
Bath: Add 15mL of bath oil to adult's bath or 5-10mL to child's bath. Bathe for 10 minutes. Shower: Rub gently onto wet skin (with or without a sponge), leave for a few minutes, briefly rinse and pat skin dry.
